More Christmas Cards!

Here is another Christmas card for you!

This was my submission as the Guest Designer of the week for Sparkle's Christmas Card Challenge. The challenge was to use tags.

This is JJ, all wrapped up in the holidays! She is one of many amazing images available at Bugaboo Stamps. Jeanie (the Spotted Chick) got me totally hooked on them! Thanks sistah! BTW - miss you....and Krafty Thursday!

I printed JJ and the sentiment out onto SU Very Vanilla CS and coloured her in with my copics. I then cut her out, and mounted her onto the diecut panel that I had sponged the edges with Always Artichoke ink.

The DP is Wassail from Basic Grey...I am finally starting to make a dent in my massive hoard of paper!

The sketch is Jen de Muro's SFYTT from September 18.

Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies
Stamps - JJ(Bugaboo Stamps); Paper - Kraft, Very Vanilla, Cranberry Crisp, Basic Grey Wassail; Other - Nestabilities, Sponge, Copics, Thread, Buttons

Another Blast From the Past!

I can't believe that September is almost over already! It seems like the August Blast from the Past hop was just the other day!

Welcome to the September edition of the Taylored Expressions Blast from the Past Blog Hop. They are the perfect incentive to make sure all my TE stamps get the lovin' they truely deserve!

Hopefully you have enjoyed the hop so far...but I won't keep jabbering....get you on your way!

This is Let's Do Coffee, one of the first Apple Doodle Ink sets to be released! I stamped the image onto Choice Snow White, and colored it in with my copics. The coffee beans are Espresso Dimensional Pearls. The papers from this card are all from the July Key Ingredients kit....I am not sure these colours "work" with this card, but the more I look at it, the more I like it!

Thanks so much for hoppin' by! Enjoy your day! (and the rest of the hop!) The list of hoppers is below!

Supplies
Stamps - Let's Do Coffee (Taylored Expressions) Paper - July Key Ingredients Kit; Other - Espresso Dimensional Pearls, Nestabilities, Bella BonBons

A Little Bit of Amplee 'tude

This week's Bellarific Friday challenge was this sketch....designed by Linda Heavens. I never used to make square cards, but have started to recently, and now I think I make more square than A2!!

Here's what I came up with!
This is Amplee 'tude and I absolutely LOVE her hair...if only mine could look like that!

I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black, then coloured her in with my copics. All the shading was done with copics also.

The paper I used is Pixie-Licious, one of the new Cosmo Cricket releases.

Hope everyone has a great Friday, and a great weekend!

Supplies
Stamps - Amplee 'tude (Stamping Bella); Paper - Choice Snow White, Tangerine Tango, Kraft, Cosmo Cricket Picie-Licious; Other - Nestabilities, Ribbon, Martha Stewart Border Punch

Another Week Gone!

Where or where does the time go?!

I have two posts for today....only because I didn't get one posted yesterday....

This is my card for this week's Sparkle Creations Christmas Card Challenge, which was to use trees on our card. I used Birds Decorating Trees by Stamping Bella. I coloured the image in with my copics, and cut them out with my square nestabilities. The paper on the card is all from the Basic Grey Wassail pack. The sketch for this card is from SCS297.

Thanks for stopping by!

Puddle Jumping....

with some of my Puddle Jumpers. These adorable little darlings are designed by Lori Boyd, and are sold at Die Cuts R Us. If you haven't been to Lori's blog....be warned, she just opened up a new digi shop, and I'll probably be back there later today to grab all of the Lollipops and Puddle Jumpers I don't have in my collection!

On to the card...

This is Lucas! He was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and then coloured with copics. The challenge for this month at Claudia & Company was to use red. I just got this Basic Grey Oliver paper pack, and thought it would work perfectly! They layout is a Sweet Sunday Sketch by Karen from a few weeks ago. The ribbon is stapled so it doesn't look too girly!

This is going to work perfectly for my nephew's birthday next week!

Have a great day!

Supplies - Lucas (Puddle Jumpers), Sentiment (Stamping Bella); Paper - Basic Gray, Choice Snow White, Riding Hood Red, Basic Grey Oliver; Other - Copics, Nestabilities, Ribbon, Stapler

Just in the nick of time...

With a little luck, da Queen Bella herself is running a little late getting the Bellarific Friday cards posted, and she said we could still submit. I had all intentions of getting mine finished lastnight, but alas, another night, another task not accomplished!

I did manage to get it finished tonight!

The theme this week for Bellarific Friday was "Back to School". I am not sure how many kids skipped and jumped, but these little cuties made me think of little kids playing at recess! (I don't know if it is even called recess anymore!).

These little cuties are Jumping for Joy, a Tiddly Inks image designed by Christy Croll. I used my brand new pack of Pixie-Licious paper and the sketch for the card is Tracy's Sketchy Thursday. I kept the embellishment to null....mostly because I thought the image looked so cute, I didn't want anything to take away from it!

Hope you all have a great weekend! I'll be watching FOOTBALL all day Sunday!

Christmas..clean and simple!

This week Sparkle challenged us to create a Clean and Simple Christmas Card....it was definitely trickier than I had thought!

My card has no stamping on it! I typed the sentiment in my trusty Photoshop and printed it out onto some SU Naturals White paper. Then, cut them out with my nesties, and layered it with some Basic Grey Wassail paper.

Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies -
Paper - Naturals White, True Thyme, Cranberry Crisp, Basic Grey Wassail; Other - Nestabilities, Ribbon; Fonts - Font in a Red Suit, The King & Queen Font
